THIS IS WHAT I EAT FOR A SNACK:


1/2 container of CarbMaster yogurt = 30 calories
      (save the other 1/2 container for later in the day)

37 rice crackers (size of a quarter) = 130 calories

1 egg beaters omelet w/ provolone cheese
   and 1/4 cup spinach                     = 43 calories

1/2 Think Thin bar                          =120 calories

1/4 cup spinach                               = 3 calories

1 oz almonds                                   = 104 calories
